This site starts conversations. Written confirmation starts projects.
Website content, product availability, specifications, images, indicative lead times and MOQ information are provided for general reference. They do not form a binding sales offer.
A purchase order, quotation, sample confirmation, production schedule or shipping arrangement becomes effective only after written confirmation by BENGGUO and the buyer. Product images, documents and brand assets may not be reused without permission.
- Final price, MOQ, delivery date and product specification are confirmed per order.
- Market-specific testing, labeling and certification requirements should be discussed before production.
- For OEM/ODM projects, approved drawings and samples take priority over website display content.
03 — SAMPLE & SHIPPING POLICY
Plan the product route before the production run.
Our standard starting MOQ is 100 units for in-stock products. Samples are available for qualified buyers and can be arranged before a bulk order. Sample availability, pricing, delivery cost and timing depend on the selected product and destination.
Typical production lead time is 15–30 days after specifications, sample requirements and order terms are confirmed. BENGGUO ships globally from China through DHL, UPS, FedEx, dedicated battery routes for applicable lighting products and sea freight for suitable bulk orders.

BENGGUO maintains product-related certification and compliance materials, including documentation for applicable products and target markets. Requirements vary by SKU, battery configuration, labeling, destination and sales channel, so our team confirms the relevant documents during quotation or product selection.
We also hold representative BENGGUO product design patents across key cycling categories. Review the patent documentation currently published in our manufacturing section, or request the documents relevant to your project.
